Coudreaut Quinn MS-ABA,
BCBA Assistant Executive Director Eileen has been working in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis since 1982. She has a Graduate degree in Applied Behavior Analysis & Therapy from Southern Illinois University. Dr. Gina Green (former president of the National Assoc. for Applied Behavior Analysis) was her adviser. In the past 20+ years worked in such positions as: Program Director for the Judevine Center for Autism (St. Louis, MO), Senior Classroom Teacher at The May Institute (Cape Cod, MA), Residential Supervisor for Bancroft Inc. (Haddonfield, NJ), Director for ReMed Care Centers. Since 1994 has been the Owner/ Clinical Director/ Behavior Analyst for Quinn Developmental Services. Eileen has had experience working with individuals with PDD/Autism/ Asperger’s, ADHD/ ADD, Traumatic Brain Injury, Developmental Delays, and Psychiatric Diagnoses. In addition to over 15,000 hours “hands-on” experience in the clinical field she is the mother of 3 including twins. |

| Brian P. Quinn Executive
Director Brian has been the Owner / Executive Director of Quinn Developmental Services since 1994. He has a degree from Southern Illinois University in Entrepreneurial Business Management. For the past 20+ years Brian has been involved with Self Management ventures. Past experience includes Business Strategic Planning, Marketing & Promotions, Recruitment and training, Motivational Speaking, Financial Planning, and Sales. Brian is also the father of 3 including twins. |

| Ann Munson
Clinical Director / Team- Case
Supervisor Ann has been with QDS since 2004, starting out as a field specialist, then moving into the role of a behavior consultant, and now to her new position as clinical director/ team-case supervisor. She brings her years of experience and training at QDS along with her experience working in the classroom to this new position. |

| Lori Ingersoll Director of
Administration Lori joined QDS in July 2009 and brings 13 years of administrative experience to our company. She is responsible for most of our administrative duties and will provide additional office support as needed. In addition to many years of volunteering at both the elementary and high school level, she is also the mother of 2 grown daughters.
