1. Complete application
2. Sign application and send a $25 (non-refundable) application fee and current IEP
3. QDS will contact you to set up a parent/child interview
4. If accepted a $300 (non-refundable) deposit is due immediately
5. Remainder of camp fee ($3000 or $690) is due by May 1^st, 2008. 
6. Please make all checks payable to Quinn Developmental Services

•    If a cancellation occurs after May 2nd but before June 1st camp fee of $3000 or $990 minus $300 initial deposit and $25 application fee will be refunded.
•   There will be no refunds after June 1^st. 
• There is a $25 charge for any returned check
