Mission is to provide the highest quality supportive services
specifically tailored to the needs of the special and regular
education community and families; and doing so by building and
maintaining a team which is founded on the passions of professionals
who are determined to do something special with their lives. |

- Initiated in 1994 by
Eileen Quinn; joined by Brian Quinn to form 'QDS' partnership in late
1996. The BehaviorExcellence™ consulting and
training
program rolled out in Spring of 1999, after 3 years of research and
development.
- Today we provide
funded services to primarily preschool and school age children through
multiple School Districts and Intermediate Units,
all in the Philadelphia suburbs (primarily centering around Montgomery
County). We also serve a number of families directly
–
providing them the opportunity to pursue insurance
reimbursement.
